"Intimacy"="Oneness" or "Become One"
Spending time with God=include Him in everything you do.

Why don't we push forward into this type of relationship with God? The Devil uses roadblocks. Eg--work, career

Life Point: You have to work out of knowing who you are, not trying to find out who you are.
God is not so interested in WHAT we do, but by WHY we do what we do.

It's good to have a plan, but you must scrap your plans if Jesus shows up.
Weekly check over activities and see what was "dead weight" or not worth the time. If it's not worth the time, readjust.
1 John 5:21--no substitutes (idols) for God. ie. Entertainment (#1 besides work).
Worship, work, rest and play.
Demands of people can steal our time with God. Being a people-pleaser can steal our joy.
